Shutdown timeout not valid

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minimum value for Shutdown timeout (SHUTDTIMO) parameter is 31 minutes when Network server type (TYPE) parameter server operating system element specified is *OPSYS.
Recovery . . . : Specify the default value *NWSD or a value between 31 and 45 and try the request again.
