Policy type element value *RNDRBN only valid when Standard element is *ETHCHL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a value of *RNDRBN for the Policy type element of the Aggregate policy (AGGPCY) parameter. This value is only allowed when the Aggregate Standard element is *ETHCHL.
Recovery . . . : Either change the Standard element of the AGGPCY parameter to *ETHCHL or change the Policy type element to a value other than *RNDRBN, then try the command again.
