Parameter &2 not valid for API &4, reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value for parameter &2 or a value for a field in parameter &2 is not valid with reason code &1.
Reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
-022 -- No update key has been specified.
-028 -- Invalid special value for member name.
-029 -- Special value *ALL not allowed for object name.
-030 -- Invalid use of blanks in qualified object name.
-031 -- Invalid COLUMN OPTION.
-032 -- Invalid FILTER OPTION.
-033 -- Invalid COLLECTION MODE.
-034 -- Invalid statistics data update key value.
-035 -- Invalid RESTART OPTION.
-036 -- Invalid AGING MODE.
-037 -- Invalid BLOCK OPTION.
-058 -- Invalid statistic name length.
-059 -- Statistic name not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Compare the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for API &4 and following CPF3C3B messages in the job log for more details. Recovery actions for reason codes:
-022 -- Specify at least one update key.
-028 -- Specify an actual member name or an allowed special value.
-029 -- Specify an actual object name or an allowed special value.
-030 -- Either both library and object name have to be all blanks, or all blanks for object and library are not allowed.
-031 -- Valid COLUMN OPTIONs are '0' and '1'.
-032 -- Valid FILTER OPTIONs range from 1 to 7.
-033 -- Valid COLLECTION MODEs are *IMMEDIATE, *BACKGROUND, and *ESTIMATE.
-034 -- Valid statistics data update keys are *IMMEDIATE and *BACKGROUND.
-035 -- Valid RESTART OPTIONs are *IMMEDIATE, *BACKGROUND, and *NONE.
-036 -- Valid AGING MODEs are *SYS and *USER.
-037 -- Valid BLOCK OPTIONs are '0' and '1'.
-058 -- Valid statistic name lengths range from 1 to 128 and must be at least 3 for quoted names.
-059 -- The statistic name contains a character that is not allowed or does not contain any characters. An unquoted name must begin with (A-Z, Å, Æ, or Ø) and be followed by zero or more (A-Z, 0-9, Å, Æ, Ø, or _). A quoted name can contain any characters except Hex 00-3F and Hex FF.
