File system failure. Independent ASP may not be usable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Integrated file system failure occurred. Independent Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) may not be usable. The reason code is &1. The reason codes and their meaning follow:
1. The directory to be mounted over is not empty.
2. Integrated file system object is damaged.
3. Independent ASP initialization failure occurred.
4. Failure to create a user-defined file system (UDFS).
5. Unable to assign file system identification to UDFS, UDFS can not be mounted.
6. Unable to remove the independent ASP directory.
7. Independent ASP processing failure occurred.
Recovery . . . : If there are previously listed messages in the job log, perform the recovery for these messages.
The recovery for the reason codes are as follows:
1. Remove the objects from the directory to be mounted over.
2. Use of the Reclaim storage (RCLSTG) command may be required to recover damaged objects from the independent ASP.
3. Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary the independent ASP off and on, and retry the operation. If this fails, run RCLSTG on the independent ASP. If the problem continues to occur, IPL the system.
4. Perform any recovery listed in the job log and retry the operation.
5. The limit for UDFSs on this independent ASP has been reached. Remove some UDFSs from this independent ASP, and retry the operation.
6. Use the Remove Directory (RMDIR) command to remove the independent ASP directory.
7. Use the VRYCFG command to vary the independent ASP off and on, and retry the operation. If the problem continues to occur, IPL the system.
If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to work with any system detected problems that may have been logged. If there was not a system detected problem, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
