Specified value not allowed for attribute &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Some attributes only allow specific values. Value &2 specified for attribute &3 is not one of the allowed values.
Recovery . . . : Change either the VALUE or ATR parameter and try the command again. The following is a list of the values allowed for each of the attributes.
*YES and *NO are the only values allowed for the VALUE parameter when *READONLY, *HIDDEN, *PCSYSTEM, *PCARCHIVE, *SYSARCHIVE, *ALWSAV, *ALWCKPWRT, *RSTDRNMUNL, *SETUID, or *SETGID is specified for the ATR parameter.
*RESET is the only value allowed for the VALUE parameter when *USECOUNT is specified for the ATR parameter.
*NORMAL, *MINIMIZE and *DYNAMIC are the only values allowed for the VALUE parameter when *DISKSTGOPT or *MAINSTGOPT is specified for the ATR parameter.
*YES, *NO and *CHGONLY are the only values allowed for the VALUE parameter when *CRTOBJSCAN or *SCAN is specified for the ATR parameter.
*SYSVAL, *NONE, *USRPRF, *ALL, and *CHANGE are the only values allowed for the VALUE parameter when *CRTOBJAUD is specified for the ATR parameter.
A numeric value between 1 and 65535 is the only value allowed for the VALUE parameter when *CCSID is specified for the ATR parameter.
