Restricted resource name &2 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The resource name specified in the RSTDDEVRSC parameter for NWSD &3 does not exist or is an invalid resource. Reason code is &4. Reason codes are the following:
1 - Resource name not found.
2 - Resource name was found but is not currently detected.
3 - Resource name was found but the type &5 is not a sharable resource with network server description for &3.
Resource kind information &6 &7 &8.
4 - Resource name special value is not supported by network server description &3.
9 - Resource information could not be retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command to view Storage Resources information (WRKHDWRSC *STG). Find the resource name for the corresponding devices to be restricted from the network server description.
Change or remove the resource name for &2 on the RSTDDEVRSC parameter. Then try the command again.
