Some software agreements were not accepted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Some software agreements were not accepted. These licensed programs will not be installed during the next upgrade. Please see previous messages to determine which agreements were not accepted.
Recovery . . . : Use option 5 (Prepare for Install) from the LICPGM menu to read and accept the software agreements. Licensed programs that have not had their agreements accepted will not be allowed to install during the upgrade to the new release.
