Licensed program &1 option &2 cannot be installed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Licensed program &1 option &2 release &4 cannot be installed in a batch request because the software agreement has not been previously accepted.
Recovery . . . : Licensed program &1 option &2 release &4 can be installed using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) from the command line. When the software agreement is displayed for acceptance, read and accept the agreement to continue with the install. If you are installing from optical media and you want to install this license program in a batch request, use the Prepare for Install function (GO LICPGM, option 5) to read and accept the software agreement prior to submitting the request.
