Library &1 exists in *SYSBAS and ASP device &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Auxiliary storage pool (ASP) device &2 cannot be varied on to an available status because the ASP contains a library named &1 and a library by the same name already exists in the system ASP or a basic user ASP (*SYSBAS).
Recovery . . . : Use the Rename Object (RNMOBJ) or Delete Library (DLTLIB) command to rename or delete library &1 from ASP &2 or *SYSBAS to remove the duplicate library condition. Vary ASP device &2 off and retry the vary on.
