Error switching user profiles.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred attempting to switch to another user profile. The reason code was &1. The errno value was &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows: 1 - The error occurred obtaining the uid of the current user profile. 2 - The error occurred switching to the new user profile. 3 - The error occurred switching back to the current user profile.
Recovery . . . : Report this error using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
