Internal Cluster Resource Service data could not be restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Internal Cluster Resource Services data not restored. Reason code is &1. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- A cluster already exists on this system.
2 -- Cluster Resource Services is active on this system.
Recovery . . . : Recovery actions for the reason code are defined as follows:
1 -- If Cluster Resource Services data must be restored, delete the cluster on this system and try the request again. If Cluster Resource Services data does not have to be restored, nothing has to be done.
2 -- End clustering for this system. Try the request again and restart the cluster node.
