Unable to put data on user queue &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data could not be put on the user queue &1 in library &2 on cluster node &3 for cluster resource group &4. Possible causes are:
-- User queue &1 in library &2 was damaged or full.
-- Cluster node &3 was not active.
-- The cluster node is in a cluster partition.
-- There was an internal Cluster Resource Services error.
Recovery . . . : If the user queue is full or damaged, delete it and create it again. Start the cluster node if it is not active. If the cluster node is in a cluster partition, you can try the request again when the cluster node becomes active. Otherwise, see any previously listed messages. Correct the problem and try the request again.
