Image catalog &1 must be in not ready status.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Image catalog &1 is required to be in not ready status to delete the image catalog.
Recovery . . . : Use the Load Image Catalog (LODIMGCLG) command with option *UNLOAD to make the catalog not ready and then retry your request.
