Cause . . . . . : If using the getaddrinfo() Application Programming Interface (API), neither nodename nor servname were passed. At least one of these must be passed. If using the getnameinfo() API, either both nodename and servname were null or the NI_NAMEREQD flag bit was set and the name cannot be located.
Recovery . . . : Correct the supplied parameters if in error.
