Clustered hash table server is currently active on node &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to the start clustered hash table server on node &1 failed. It is already active on node &1.
Recovery . . . : If the clustered hash table job is not active on node &1, end the clustered hash table server on node &1 using End Clustered Hash Table Server (ENDCHTSVR) command. Use Start Clustered Hash Table Server (STRCHTSVR) command to restart it.
