Cause . . . . . : The Medium Modification Control (MMC) structured field contains an incorrect value, &1, for the repeating group that contains forms-flash modification. The MMC structured field is contained in the form definition. Processing of the file stops.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and resubmit the print request.
