The offset stacking value in MMC structured field, ID &1 is not acceptable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Medium Modification Control (MMC) structured field specified an offset stacking value other than 0 or 1. The MMC structured field is contained in the form definition. Processing of the file stops.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and resubmit the print request.
