Remote server is unavailable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote server associated with the network server configuration (NWSCFG) &1 cannot be varied on because the server is already powered on. Another network server configuration might be using the server, or the server is still powered on from a previous failure. The associated network server description (NWSD) is &2.
Recovery . . . : Determine if another network server configuration is using the server. If not, set the reset system parameter (RESETSYS) of the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to *YES when attempting to vary on the network server description &2. This will force the server to be powered off prior to powering it back on.
