Performance collection &1 type &3 in &2 not restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The restore operation cannot be completed because the performance collection files in library &2 were created in a previous release than the one you are currently using.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Specify a different library in the RSTLIB parameter, and then try the request again.
-- Convert the performance collection files in library &2 by running the Convert Performance Collection (CVTPFRCOL) command.
