SNA over IPX location file version not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The SNA over IPX location file QAZSPPLOC is not at the correct version level.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following to correct the error:
-- Restore the QAZSPPLOC file from a backup copy, and make any updates since it was last saved.
-- Install the QUSRSYS library using GO LICPGM. After installing the QUSRSYS library make any configuration updates since the QUSRSYS library was last installed.
