Cause . . . . . : Activation of Electronic Service Agent requires special authority of *IOSYSCFG. The current user does not have *IOSYSCFG special authority.
Recovery . . . : See your security administrator to obtain the proper special authority, and then activate Electronic Service Agent. To activate Electronic Service Agent, on a command line type GO SERVICE and press enter.
