Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while attempting to connect because of reason code &1. The reason codes are as follows: -1 -- Unknown cause. 2 -- A communications error.
Recovery . . . : For the specified reason code: -1 -- See previously listed messages. 2 -- See the Service Agent audit log for additional information and then try the request again at a later time. If the problem continues to occur, contact your local IBM Service representative.
