Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This system command &1 found in library &2 is new on the current release. It is not supported on the targeted previous release.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the command being used is valid for the targeted previous release. See the CL Reference manual or the appropriate licensed program manual for information about the previous release, as identified on the target release (TGTRLS) parameter.
