Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The request cannot be completed because data is available from the specified device for a previous Receive File (RCVF) command or a Send/Receive File (SNDRCVF) command for which WAIT(*NO) was specified or a Send File (SNDF) command for which the data description specifications INVITE keyword was in effect.
Recovery . . . : Run a WAIT or RCVF command to receive the data or a End Receive (ENDRCV) command to cancel the outstanding request, and then try the operation again.
