All prestart jobs are ending for program &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : All prestart jobs for program &1 in library &2 in subsystem &3 are ending for reason &4. See reason &4 shown below:
1 - The End Prestart Job (ENDPJ) command was entered.
2 - An error occurred when new jobs were being started.
For reason 2, display the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) for the subsystem to determine the cause of the error.
When all the prestart jobs have ended, message CPC0905 will appear in the subsystem job log and the system operator message queue.
Recovery . . . : To start jobs, display the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue (DSPMSG command). After message CPC0905 appears in the message queue, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : All program start requests, both those waiting to be attached to a job and new requests received by the subsystem, will be rejected. The description for reason &4 is:
1 - All prestart jobs for program &1 in library &2 in subsystem &3 will be ended immediately or controlled, depending on the value specified on the OPTION parameter on the End Prestart Job (ENDPJ) command.
2 - All active prestart jobs for program &1 in library &2 in subsystem &3 will be ended controlled and no new jobs will be started. Jobs that are currently servicing program start requests will end when the current requests complete.
