Cannot run job &3/&2/&1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job was removed from the job queue because one or more of the objects required by the job were not available. The following are some possible reasons: The job queue could not be used. The spool control block could not be used. The job message queue could not be used or the local data area could not be used.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again after all objects are available.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : One or more of the objects required to process a job was not usable. If the system previously failed during job table compression, there may be a copy of this job that was not removed from the job queue.
