Performance monitor has already been submitted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The performance monitor &3/&2/&1 has already been submitted to job queue &4 in library &5 by job &8/&7/&6. Either the performance monitor is still on the job queue, or it is currently active.
Recovery . . . : If you want to start the performance monitor again, you must first end the existing performance monitor (ENDPFRMON command), and then try the request again.
