Logical files prevent conversion of data in library &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &1 is named as both the FROMLIB and the TOLIB on the Convert Performance Data (CVTPFRDTA) command. This conversion cannot occur because logical files are defined in one or more of the performance data files in this library.
Recovery . . . : If you want to convert the performance data in library &1, specify a different library in the TOLIB parameter, and then try the request again.
