Cannot copy data to user space &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The performance data collected could not be copied to user space &1 in library &2 because either the user space does not exist, the library does not exist, or the space is locked by another job.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the List Performance Data API (QPMLPFRD) request again:
-- Verify that the space name and library name are correct. If they are not, use the *CHANGE option of the Work with Performance Collector API (QPMWKCOL) to change the user space to the correct name and library.
-- Create the user space.
-- Eliminate all locks that other jobs may have on the space.
