Internal interval time for performance monitor &3/&2/&1 greater than time allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data collection for an internal interval ended &5 seconds beyond the end time that would have allowed the next interval to start on time. Data collection took longer than &4 seconds, or the system clock was reset. The next interval will be delayed at least &6 seconds. Although the performance monitor continues to collect data, some of the data may not be accurate.
Recovery . . . : The job log of the performance monitor may contain information that indicates the reason for the period of time being greater than the limit. If this problem continues, some of the data collected by the performance monitor may not be accurate. If the time is much greater than the limit, loss of data may occur.
9999 is a special value shown to indicate any value greater than or equal to 9999 (over 2 hours) and can be caused by changing QHOUR or some other system date/time value while data is being collected.
