Ending time is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ending time is in *TIME format, and the scheduled ending time is &1:&2:&3 on the day the performance monitor is to be started. The start time is &4:&5:&6 which is past the requested ending time. The performance collection will not be changed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Correct the HOUR and MINUTE parameters to specify a time past the start time.
-- Specify a value other than 0 for the DAY parameter.
