Database I/O operation not valid

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was made to perform an input/output (I/O) operation to the system resource manager database. An I/O control block was passed as a parameter. A system error may have caused an I/O operation value that was not valid to be passed to the system resource manager database.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
