Cause . . . . . : The mode could not be changed for resource &1.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Reason code &2. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
--3021: The value specified for the argument is not correct.
--3401: Permission denied.
--3474: Unknown system state.
--3482: Invalid HRI resource name.
--3552: IOP not available.
--3553: Resource in active CRG.
--3554: Communications failure.
--3555: Invalid tower owner.
--3556: Not an SPCN system.
--3557: RIO Bus Adapter is not the tower's owner.
--3558: Hardware in I/O pool.
--3559: RIO Bus Adapter does not have IASP units.
--3560: Bus not allocated.
--3561: Bus not dedicated.
--3562: Function not supported by SPCN.
--3563: Hardware failure.
--3564: No candidate for RIO Bus Adapter owner.
--3565: No alternate server available.
--3566: Invalid RIO configuration.
--3567: No San Manager available.
--3568: RIO Bus Adapter has the load source.
--3569: SPCN failure.
--3570: Hardware not capable of switching.
--3571: Tower does not have a RIO Bus Adapter Owner.
