Unable to satisfy requested locks.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to lock System Resource Manager (SRM) database functions could not be satisfied because they are already locked or otherwise in use by another process. Some possible programs or system functions which lock the SRM functions are the following:
-- Display Hardware Resources (DSPHDWRSC) command
-- Display Local Hardware (DSPLCLHDW) command
-- Work with Hardware Products (WRKHDWPRD) command
-- Work with Hardware Resources (WRKHDWRSC) command
-- Restore Configuration (RSTCFG OBJ(*SRM or *ALL)) command
-- Powering on or off of a device
-- Varying on of a device
-- A PAR message being issued
-- Performance monitor
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKACTJOB command to search for jobs on the system that are using the SRM database. When these jobs end, try the request again.
