Conversion of SRM internal object &1 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During the install of a new release, an attempt was made to convert System Resource Management (SRM) data in object &1 in library &2. However, the data could not be converted due to an internal failure.
Recovery . . . : If the SRM internal object is in error, the object will be recreated and data from the previous release will be lost. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
