Registration identifier not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The registration identifier information is not valid for reason code &1.
01 -- Registration type &2 is not an allowed value.
02 -- The registration value cannot be all blanks when the registration type is 02 or 08.
03 -- The registration value &3 contains characters that are not valid.
04 -- The registration value should be blanks if the registration type is not specified.
Recovery . . . : Perform one of the following based on the reason code received, and then try the request again.
01 -- Specify either blanks, 02, 04 or 08 for the registration type.
02 -- Specify a value other than blanks for the registration value.
03 -- Specify a value for the registration value which contains only the characters A - Z, 0 - 9.
04 -- Either specify blanks for the registration value or specify a value other than blanks for the registration type.
