Secondary language product load not packaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Product &1 release &2 option &3 load &4 is currently on the system as a secondary language load and product load &4 is defined as having additional libraries. A language product load with additional libraries that is installed as a secondary language cannot be packaged.
Recovery . . . : Using the Delete Licensed Program (DLTLICPGM) command, delete the language product load. Then, restore the product load using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command, providing the same number of library names as when the product load was created. Make sure that no library is specified more than once, and then try the request again.
