Subsystem &1 in library &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Subsystem &1 in library &2 was not found. Possible causes are:
-- The subsystem does not exist.
-- The subsystem exists but is in an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP). For this operation, the subsystem must be in the system ASP or in a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Correct the subsystem description name or change the library name (SBSD parameter). Then try the request again.
