Prestart jobs are already ending immediately.

Cause . . . . . : You submitted the End Prestart Jobs (ENDPJ) command for program &1 in library &2 in subsystem &3. However, the jobs associated with that prestart job entry are already ending immediately because the ENDPJ command with the OPTION parameter specified as *IMMED was already issued.
