Console work station entry error. Controlling SBS ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This controlling subsystem (SBS) ended, either because no work station entry exists for the console or the effective console work station entry is AT(*ENTER) or MAXACT(0).
Recovery . . . : Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to change the controlling subsystem (QCTLSBSD) system value. You can use any subsystem description that allows the console device to sign on. The QCTL, QBASE, and QSYSSBSD subsystem descriptions in the QSYS library are shipped with the system and can be used for the controlling subsystem. In some cases, you can find an unchanged copy of these subsystem descriptions in the QINMEDIA library.
If there is no workable controlling subsystem description, install the operating system again. See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for the procedure to install the operating system again.
