Message : CPF1161
&6M of &7M for pool definition &3 of subsystem &4 allocated.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Requested allocation was not filled. If some storage is allocated to the pool, jobs will be started in the pool. If the amount of storage is small, too much paging may result.
-- If no storage is allocated, either the storage or a user pool is not available. The system limits the number of user pools to 62. When no storage is allocated, all jobs started in the pool will, instead, run in the BASE pool.
-- When the pool or more storage becomes available, the subsystem will try to complete the allocations. To determine the current storage and pool allocation, use the Work with Subsystems (WRKSBS) and Work with System Status (WRKSYSSTS) commands.
Recovery . . . : Storage and pools can be freed by ending the subsystems (ENDSBS command) or changing an active subsystem (CHGSBSD command).
