Subsystem &1 cannot start autostart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- Output queue &3 in library &4 was not found.
-- The user is not authorized to the output queue or to the library.
-- The output queue or library could not be allocated.
Recovery . . . : Display the job log of the subsystem (DSPJOBLOG) for more information. If you want to have the subsystem attempt to start the autostart job, correct the problem. When the problem has been corrected, end the subsystem (ENDSBS command), wait for all the jobs to end, and start the subsystem again (STRSBS command).
