Subsystem &1 varied off work station &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Subsystem &1 received &7 while using file &4 in library &5 record format &6. As a result of this error, work station &3 was varied off by the subsystem.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem that is causing the &7 error. Display the job log of the subsystem for more information. After the problem has been corrected, vary the device on (VRYCFG command). The subsystem will then allocate the work station when it becomes available.
