Subsystem &1 failed to vary off device &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device may be damaged, or the subsystem may have lost allocation of the device. The job log of the subsystem monitor may contain more information.
Recovery . . . : Determine the status of the device (WRKCFGSTS command) and vary the device off and then on again, if necessary. If the subsystem does not have a request to lock the device (WRKOBJLCK command), end the subsystem (ENDSBS command) and then start it (STRSBS command) again.
