Message : CPF1198
Cannot run job &3/&2/&1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job was removed from job queue &4 in library &5 for one or more of the following reasons:
-- The job queue either cannot be used or cannot be accessed.
-- The spool control block cannot be used.
-- The job message queue cannot be used.
-- The local data area cannot be used.
Recovery . . . : Display the job queue (WRKJOBQ command) to determine if it exists. If the job queue is not found, create the job queue again (CRTJOBQ command). Then try the job again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : One or more of the objects required to run a job cannot be used.
