Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A prestart job for program &3 in library &4 cannot be started. Group profile &5 associated with user profile &6 specified on the prestart job entry or user profile &6 cannot be allocated.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOBJLCK command to display the locks currently held for group profile &5, for user profile &6, or for any supplemental group profiles (SUPGRPPRF) specified for user profile &6. Wait until the group or user profile is available. A profile is available when there are no *EXCL locks held. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating that the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
