Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A library in the initial library list in job description &5 in library &6 was not found. The prestart job entry for program &3 in library &4 must use a job description that contains an initial library list for which all libraries exist.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change Job Description (CHGJOBD) command to correct the library list in the job description. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
