Message : CPF1238
Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : User profile &5 specified in the prestart job entry is not authorized to program &3 in library &4.
Recovery . . . : Get *USE authority for the program from the security officer or the object owner. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
