Message queue library &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The message queue library &2 was not found. Possible causes are:
-- The message queue library does not exist.
-- The message queue library exists but is in an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP). For the Submit Job (SBMJOB) command, the message queue library must be in the submitter's library name space. For the Add Job Schedule Entry (ADDJOBSCDE) and Change Job Schedule Entry (CHGJOBSCDE) commands, the message queue library must be in the system ASP or in a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Correct the library name (MSGQ parameter), or correct the library name for the message queue specified in the user profile (USER parameter).
