Message : CPF1247
Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Program &3 in library &4 specified in a prestart job entry cannot be found, or the program or library could not be allocated. The subsystem job log may contain more information.
Recovery . . . : Create the program. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
